Welcome! In honor of National Nutrition Month, here’s a gentle reminder about how small choices add up.
In this March 2026 edition of Learn To Live Well, our From the Kitchen Table feature reflects on how simple daily choices — what we stock, cook, and serve — quietly add up to meaningful nourishment over time. Wellness isn’t built in one perfect week. It’s built in consistent moments that compound.
Inside this issue:
• From the Kitchen Table: A heartfelt message about how everyday nutrition decisions create long-term impact.
• Spring Body Composition Focus: Practical encouragement and tools to help you feel lighter, stronger, and more confident as we head into spring.
• Critical Nutrients Spotlight – Zinc & Vitamin D3: The essential roles they play in immune resilience, energy, and overall wellness.
• A Fresh Seasonal Recipe: A simple, delicious recipe you’ll actually want to make — and share.

As we move into spring, I’m reminded that meaningful health is rarely dramatic — it’s steady. Most of it happens in small, ordinary choices that add up over time.
And more often than not, those quiet moments are what shape how we feel. That’s the kind of living well we keep coming back to.
Thanks for reading — we hope this encourages you in the steady work of living well this spring. For over 20 years we've helped families build simple daily habits that support long-term health and wellness using science-based nutrition.
While we serve customers throughout the USA, Canada, and Australia, we are based in Yoncalla, Oregon and support many Shaklee customers locally throughout Douglas County, including Roseburg, Sutherlin, Drain and Elkton.
